Cancellation policy

For canceling an order which has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you just received a confirmation email as your order been shipped, you still can cancel the order and request a refund, which will automatically return to your payment account within 24 hours (Excluding bank transaction processing)

Orders whose parcels have already been shipped can not be canceled. You may contact us and we will guide you whether to refuse it and we will handle the return and refund, or our customer service may ask you to follow with return procedure .
