If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new conditions, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
If a product is damaged or not working, please refer to our 30 Days Product Guarantee or to the warranty of its category. The return package should contain all the accessories of this product, which should still be in a good condition.
All products must be returned to the warehouse they were dispatched from. For US buyers or UK buyers, a local return address will be provided, for any other country, it shall be returned to US/UK/CN. We don’t support local returns for other countries.
